First time

The first step, the first word, the first award, the first salary….whatever it is, the first time has special importance. Needless to say, the first blog entry at MangoSpring is special to us. The blog is our way of communicating with you, and lets us tell you more about MangoSpring. Given that we are in stealth mode - when everything is told only on a need to know basis–this is easier said than done.
MangoSpring is a technology company that is focused on group communication. Increasingly, we communicate using multiple devices (mobile, desktop, PDA) and platforms. To make things even more complex, we have our friends/contacts spread across communities. At MangoSpring, we are building a platform that we call “imFusion”. imFusion is a MangoSpring proprietary platform that forms the heart of the “MangoSpring Network”, and allows our services to work seamlessly across platforms, devices and communities.
We have seen enough examples of technology that has more pains associated with it than benefits. We believe that our service should make the users’ easier. The user interaction and the end interface are core to our product development process. With these principles we have set out to build a product that both satisfies and excites the user. We have a moto at Mangospring - “it’s not about web 1.0 or web 2.0, its about the user.”

These are still the early days. We are a small team, tyring to add talent as and when we find it. We do not have calendars for our hiring program or targets for the number of people we MUST hire. We are an extremely quality conscious team, and we want to keep it that way. At Mangospring, we believe the first few team members determine the core DNA of a startup and greatly influence the fate of the venture.
